Dacland is an award-winning developer of quality residential communities across Melbourne.
Since 1999, we have evolved from a family business to an established property developer, securing an enviable market share of new lot releases across Melbourne. We have a current pipeline of more than 6,500 lots across Melbourne’s growth corridors.
Dacland has five communities under construction – King’s Leigh at Werribee, Villages of Rothwell at Tarneit, Wynbrook at Wyndham Vale, Manzeene Village at Lara and Lochaven in Cranbourne. Around 1000 lots are expected to settle at these five communities in 2017 with first residents already starting to move in.
Our newest community Westwood, delivered for the Dahua Group, saw a sold out first release in December 2018 and is fast becoming an exciting destination for new home buyers in Melbourne’s North West.
Our industry leadership and design excellence were officially recognised in 2013 when we won the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) Award for Excellence as Victoria’s Best Residential Community Development over 250 lots. We further cemented our commitment to quality with the UDIA’s certification of both our Lochaven and Rothwell projects as 6 leaf Envirodevelopment communities in 2017. The rigorous criteria tests projects across 6 key elements; energy, water, materials, waste, ecosystems and community, with our approach validated as best in class across each.
