Dacland’s exciting new neighbourhood at Panorama offers the best views in Doreen.
The great house and land packages available at Panorama offer elevated blocks with sweeping views of the Great Dividing Range, the Dandenongs and Melbourne’s CBD; level building pads; and a panoramic hilltop park. There is a wetland development proposed to continue the theme at Mitchell’s Run and secluded cul-de-sac blocks available.
Adjacent to a future childcare centre, all blocks are walking distance to Ivanhoe Grammar (Plenty Campus) and several future school sites. Just east of the proposed Mernda Town Centre and railway station, surrounding suburbs include Whittlesea, Mernda, Craigieburn and Kinglake West.
In 1853, the Nelson family purchased 534 acres of land bound by the Plenty River, Yan Yean Road and Nelsons Hill. Their home was built on the east side of the Plenty River, with the land passed down through generations. A new homestead was eventually built closer to Yan Yean Road.

This Dacland development demanded the resolution of myriad complex environmental issues.
