Dacland has reached another milestone at King’s Leigh in Werribee having sold all remaining blocks to homebuyers, who will soon call the community their home.
With 93 families already settled in the community, the 37-hectare site is set to become a unique and boutique pocket in Melbourne’s West. Dacland Managing Director, John Dwyer is excited to see the community being brought to life.
“It’s very rewarding to reach the end of King’s Leighs’ retail phase. Throughout the year, we will reach many more milestones as the continued construction sees more families settle their land and begin to build a home of their own,” said John.
“At King’s Leigh, large parks and walkways are located throughout the community, and within a five-minute stroll of each home. The delivery of these community spaces will provide many opportunities for residents to get outdoors and start forming connections.”
King’s Leigh is a connected community, located four kilometres from the Werribee town centre, and five minutes from Werribee train station. Commuters at King’s Leigh will also be whisked to the CBD, with the Princes Freeway just minutes from the community.
The community will soon be home to 500 families, who will benefit from its connectivity and revel in its large open spaces.
