Last weekend, Dacland joined the Dahua Group and members of the Melton City Council to celebrate the official launch of Westwood’s brand-new land sales office adjoining a community space at 235 Beattys Road Plumpton.
The sales office was buzzing with activity as the developer groups mingled with members of the Local Council. Dacland Senior Development Manager, Lewis Cormie notes that the event was a fantastic opportunity for both Dacland and the Dahua Group to share their vision for the new community with members of the Local Council.
“It was a great to meet with members of the local council at our brand-new sales office and community activity centre for Westwood. At Dacland, we believe that working in collaboration with Local Council is key to creating strong communities. This event was successful in providing the development team with an opportunity to meet and form strong working relationships with members of the Local Council,” said Lewis.
“This space will now be free to access for use by local community groups and clubs and will provide a place for future residents at Westwood to meet and form connections with others in their local area whilst they wait for their land to settle.”
At over 200m2 the entire facility consists of three sections, one for our land sales team, an entry and foyer area and a third area available for use by local community groups for meetings, classes, information sessions etc. The venue is equipped with power, ample parking, a large kitchen, coffee machine, toilet facilities and landscaped garden. There will also be a large community notice board for community groups to share upcoming news and events.
