Dacland Welcomes the First Residents to Wynbrook

Last weekend, Dacland spent the day at Werribee Zoo to welcome the first residents in Stages 1, 2 and 3 to Wynbrook in Wyndham Vale at a “Meet Your Neighbours Event.”

Dacland hosted the event to encourage future residents, many of whom have started to build their homes in the community, to meet each other and start investigating the features that the local area has to offer. Many of the future residents expressed their excitement to be moving into an area, with plenty of everyday essentials nearby.

“It’s fantastic to see the first residents at Wynbrook start building their homes in the community. We hope this and other events in the coming months help neighbours get to know one another and start checking out the local area they will soon call home,” said Dacland Senior Development Manager, Lewis Cormie.

At the event, Bambi and Greg from Neighbourhood Watch discussed community safety and encouraged purchasers to get involved in the initiative by forming a Neighbourhood Watch group of their own. At Dacland, creating safe communities is a key priority. That’s why we have partnered with Neighbourhood Watch to provide support for our residents and help them feel safe in the new community.

The zoo provided an ideal family-friendly setting for adults and children to get to know each other.

“The Werribee Open Range Zoo is destined to become a favourite destination for future Wynbrook residents to spend time with their families. It is so close to the community and there are a lot of magnificent events to keep families entertained throughout the year,” said Lewis.

“Wynbrook is a unique community that offers residents the charm of living in a tight-knit community. Not only will local parks and cul de sacs provide places for residents to meet, but nearby amenities will offer residents a connected lifestyle.”
